Living with a mental health condition can really be difficult but, it doesn't have to be. It is what you make it and, if you do enough therapy you can outgrow it. I am a firm believer in prayer and, we should pray that God, and the Holy Spirit, and Jesus will heal us from it.

I doesn't have to control your life or the ones you love.

I take each day to write to do therapy through quotes to write for therapeutic reasons. My mental health condition hasn't limited me from anything because I don't allow it to. Having severe ADHD makes it hard to focus and to read but, if I read out loud I can get a lot accomplished believe it or not. Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome shows up when movies, sounds, smells, and events surface and its real. It is like a photographic directory of time and space. Anxiety, will get the best of me most days it's my anorexia nervosa that fuels this disorder the most. I am always worrying about gaining weight because I don't eat enough to really be overweight.

We can fight this battle of Mental Health together as a nation and support people who suffer but, also challenge them to do self-therapy to better themselves and the ones they love. I read to the sophisticates every single day for 2 hours sometimes 3 of books on resilience, spiritual formation, adhd and others. Make a part to do something positive to take an active approach in your own personal journey with Mental health.

Let's remember on Saturday to pray for all those with Mental Health Diagnosis that the Lord would free them from their struggles and pain internal and external; that it would be gone in the Name of Jesus! Let us use our strengths to out balance our weaknesses and live the life we have always wanted to dare to dream the good life, the sophisticated life.
