Overview & Purpose
The first ever race for the sky, the airship was the first power craft. Next, the Wright brothers' inspiration to see the excitement in it. Time was running out one that would end over 100 years ago two bicycle repair men took to the air in a flying machine; wilbur and orville wright put an engine and made the first powered flight. They made four flights that day. They had the first true flight with the aircraft.

Activity
Describe activity that will reinforce the lesson
Build a plane and construct it as a team of brothers; call it a name, and try to get it to fly for you, you might even be able to ride in it but, for safety let it fly without people in it.
