Prepare young job seekers for the world of work with a nine-unit collection that helps them develop the skills they need to succeed in an online business environment. The collection covers e-mail address formats, domain names, constructing formal and informal messages to co-workers, and practice using tools to sort e-mails. They also review grammar and punctuation rules and construct professional letters. The final unit has learners demonstrate what they have learned by crafting e-mails that are friendly, informative, and well-organized.
