Overview & Purpose

Stress can affect your whole body, mind and soul the more outlets for stability and affect our thinking, reasoning, and judgment if too severe. We need to place a priority on this to make sure we don’t have much stress. When working on a deadline we know that stress can be positive to get things done. I personally work well under pressure and have been in some pretty High Steaks Events in my life. Today, you will learn information from the Mayo Clinic about Stress and how it effects; body, mood, and behavior.

  2. What happens if we don’t get sleep

  3. Stress can lead to other ailments in the body

  3. What stresses you out the most
