For me I have these 7 healthy qualities:


  1. Empathetic: The ability to listen and relate with one another

  2. Authentic and Genuine: The ability to be true to yourself and others

  3. Lives with purpose and integrity: have a calling and go after it and never compromising yourself or others

  4. Trustworthy, able to assess trustworthiness of others

  5. Peaceful from within: to minimize stress and have a calm spirit

  6. Honesty: with self and others

  7. Has good Boundaries and limits: Has self-respect for self and others and doesn't go over the line

  8. Open, Direct Communication: Keep it simple stupid and keep it real


Eight Values that are Important to me:


  1. Communication: I need to have communication in my relationships

  2. Trust: If I can trust you with my life I can trust you with my car

  3. Honesty: Be true to who you are and others

  4. Kindness: Be able to be good with the Sophisticates you'll be good with me

  5. Authentic: Don't try to be someone else be who you are period.

  6. Resilient: Able to cope with anything you are dealt at any time

  7. Attitudes: Keep things positive

  8. Adventure: Keep life exciting and not dull and drab

  2. Keep A Clean Home

  3. Keep Organized

  4. Keep Work / Life Balance

  5. Keep Centered and a Zen about you

  6. Keep A Routine for somethings

  7. Keep going to church or watch a video
