I am a day and a half ahead enjoy this simple meal to put together thinking of you from the distance in my heart and mind. One day we will break bread together and till then keep prayers alive he does answer them in his time and I pray that time is NOW. Your halfway through your week we did it again, two more days and you made it another week down. Use my medication till you feel better and take your supplements as needed or directed.

Ingredients
1 prebaked 12-inch thin pizza crust
6 large eggs
1-1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepepr
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 small onion, chopped

Directions
Preheat oven to 450°. Place crust on a greased pizza pan. Using a 2-1/2-in. biscuit cutter, cut out 6 circles from crust. (Remove circles and save for another use.) Break an egg into each hole. Sprinkle with cheese, bacon, peppers and onion. Bake until eggs are completely set, 8-10 minutes.

Directions
In a large bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Set aside 1/2 cup for topping. Combine the baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg; stir into remaining flour mixture.
In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, buttermilk, syrup and applesauce until well blended. Gradually stir into flour mixture until combined.

Directions
In a large nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels to drain. Pour off drippings.
In same skillet, break eggs, one at a time, into pan; immediately reduce heat to low. Cook until whites are completely set and yolks begin to thicken. Remove from heat; sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper.

Directions
Preheat a four-square waffle maker. Place baking mix, cheese and pepper in a bowl. Add milk; stir just until moistened. Transfer to a lightly floured surface; knead gently four to six times. Pat or roll dough into an 8-in. square; cut into four 4-in. squares.
Generously grease top and bottom grids of waffle maker. Place one portion of dough on each section of waffle maker, pressing an indentation in each for eggs.

Directions
