Today, I went for two walks one this morning and one this afternoon and its incredible for what it can do for your soul. The fresh air hits your airway and opens up your breath to breath better. Its going to be an early winter I think and, I bet its going to be a bit cooler outside this fall. Get your winter stuff before its too late and you'll be shoveling snow without mittens if you don't act now. 30 minuets is what the minimum rate for exercise is for the American Heart Association and if you can do it twice a day you will lessen your rate of a heart attack before 50. What can we do today to ward off heavy medical bills that cost our lives and freedom away. Why be in bondage when all you have to do is put one foot forward even me with spina biffida can do about 60 minuets of moderate activity walking, biking, roller balding whatever you can do you should do now.

We pay a price our health, our brains, our bodies what would you rather have a longer life or a bigger medical bill? Do yourself a huge favor and exercise as much as you can to keep your life looking healthy as you only have one chance to live it normally so live it to its fullest by putting yourself first to take in those 12 benefits of walking.
