Tonight's feast is Italian for a celebration of Love of Christmas with the family we can have this at the JW Marriot and celebrate with them and use their kitchens to make the meal. I am going to find the right cake for you to celebrate the eve of Jesus and Making it till Christmas. Tonight may you find a great meal to warm your hearts and souls delight. It has fun kababs to add in some fun for the meal. I have attached the kababs website for your favorites history bar. Confetti Birthday Drip Cake

Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1-3/4 cups sugar
3 large eggs, room temperature
3 large egg whites, room temperature
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 cups cake flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup buttermilk, room temperature
1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
BUTTERCREAM:
2 cups unsalted butter, softened
6 cups confectioners' sugar, sifted
4 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1-1/2 teaspoons clear vanilla extract
DRIP:
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup white baking chips
Soft blue paste food coloring

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Line bottoms of 4 greased 6-in. round baking pans with parchment; grease paper. In a large bowl, cream butter, oil and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Add eggs, then egg whites, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk, beating well after each addition. Fold in sprinkles.
Transfer to prepared pans. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 15-20 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
For buttercream, in a large bowl, beat butter until creamy. Gradually beat in confectioners’ sugar until smooth. Add cream and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes.
For drip, in a microwave, heat cream just to a boil. Pour over baking chips; stir with a whisk until smooth. Tint as desired with food coloring. Cool slightly, stirring occasionally.
To assemble cake, place 1 cake layer on a serving plate; spread with ½ cup frosting. Repeat layers. Top with remaining cake layer. Frost top and sides of cake with ½ cup frosting. Freeze until set, about 10 minutes. Frost top and sides with 1 cup frosting. Pour drip over top of cake, allowing some to flow over sides. Pipe remaining frosting around top edges; top with additional sprinkles. Gently press additional sprinkles into frosting on sides of cake.

Tortellini Marinara

Ingredients
1 package (9 ounces) refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 pound bulk Italian sausage
1 package (15 ounces) refrigerated marinara sauce
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced Italian tomatoes, undrained
1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Directions
Cook tortellini according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in marinara sauce, tomatoes and mushrooms. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
Drain tortellini; stir into skillet. Sprinkle with cheese. Remove from the heat; cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Contest-Winning Chicken Wild Rice Casserole
Ingredients
1 small onion, chopped
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) chicken broth
1 cup half-and-half cream
4 cups cubed cooked chicken
4 cups cooked wild rice
2 jars (4-1/2 ounces each) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 jar (4 ounces) diced pimientos, drained
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1/3 cup slivered almonds

Directions
In a large saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper until blended. Gradually stir in broth; bring to a boil. Boil and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly. Stir in the cream, chicken, rice, mushrooms, pimientos and parsley; heat through.
