We don't have time for bullshit so I have made the entry of our company difficult on purpose to get the 1 - 2 percent of the public that will be exceptional who will be able to be trained in PTSD to help the people who enter our park. 


Emergency Hire only out of family

Only hire if needed we will remain to keep all positions in house per our family. We may need to hire consultants to train for HR from Target, Starbucks, Marriott, and The Hilton.


Communication Focus's

We will look for Communication Majors I think that would be best because they could become crostrained with our company to do what we do and If you and I are the CEO's then it would only make sense if we duplicated yourself to the communication majors and masters.


WE probably will outsource our Technology through Nokia

We can outsource our training and development or fly in top people to do our training.  As far as coming up with our company employee handbook we might want to do one of two things: hire a consultant, or work with the lawyers to make it.  I was thinking of Outsourcing IT also to India or keeping it here. It just depends if we find the right people.  We are going to have to weed out the two families that we don't want working for us with HR.   


Organizational Culture

We can look at other companies like NOKIA, TARGET, STARBUCKS,  NIKE, GOOGLE, Marriott, Hilton really good top service companies to work for.  We don't have to do everything on our own.


No fraternizing on any level with the company

Our rules of the company will be pretty strict to keep drama from unfolding but, I don't see it as a threat to us because we are family owned and we won't  have any drama working for us.


Customer Service and Client Services


We will be able to do truly anything under the sun

This section of our company will be good because we will have the manpower to deal with anything. 


We will have the ability to send out thank you notes that are hand written with this department. 


We will be able to personalize service with a smile and handshake to build lifetime clients, friends, and even family.  Our culture will be dynamic because of our personalities that we make up such a wide array of talent within us and our family.  We are really gifted at so many things, now is our time to hone in on our special talents.  We will be able to  find talent because we attract talent.  So, our customer service department will be an extension of us.  Our Customer Service Department and Client Services will have a total of 30 Campaigns for the Venu's to market to the public.  This will happen from the Service Cards left in hotel rooms to have people come back, and from every day door direct.  We should get a VPN and Intranet for the company also so we can have our own secure system.  We will have many platforms to run the company on a unified system.  We will have to research and plan as we go with this.  For our restaurants for the computer program I want to call Supply's from the Melting pot because they have a good computer software system for servers.



Sales

Our sales team will be made up of some of the CEO's and the whole executive team. We have to decide who is best at sales, who would like to do sales, and who would want multiple hats to do sales.  I am going to be one of the most flexible CEO's you meet.   I have an open door policy and will table any question or concern to the Leadership team.  Our sales are going to work directly with Customer Service and Client Services.  We will have personal assistants to help us with our admin work.  The young adults will be our scribes and helpers. 


Things to Question or Vote on today

Do you think we could open something like the Wisconsin Dells for one of our HOtels to make it a water park adventure?  I think the more people we can draw the better it will be.  We are on the scale of Disney world in Chanhassen Minnesota, Pretty Cool stuff!  We will have concessions in the arena for food and drink options. We just need to find vendors that we feel are good food and quality products.  Starbucks vendors use top quality products and get the best of the best food so I know I want to have them as a Breakfast Option for the arena's right now.  I was looking at US Bank stadium also as an option and then wanted something like perhaps we'll use a weight loss company for healthy choices options.


Budget Forecast for Sales

We will run numbers as a family and I'll have my personal numbers. We can average them together and we will solve this project together.  We need to use things that are actually in operation already.  ONe thing that I want to focus on is the weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and graduations is selling a group rate package deal where we have stuff included.  It will be easier to forecast it if we do it this way.  We can have individual rates but we'll have a better picture of its group rate.


Your Ideas and Feedback

Bring this all to the meeting and have a note taker scribe take notes today for the whole meeting and table any ideas, thoughts, questions, or concerns and we will address them at the first meeting on October 3rd for the next Town Hall Meeting.  Your voice matters and we value it and we want to have uniforms or we can have a clothing budget and have top clothing be worn so we are comfortable.  We will wear top designs and look sharp to attract more people.  Try to come up with one page for every venue of the above things I mentioned that will help us plan the framework of it.  These are just the beginning steps we have a lot more to come but,  we'll lead you down the path to success and we will be known in the world for the PTSD spot to vacation.  One thing to remember too is that everyone in the executive team will make the same base money, and then you will have room for commissions to shine your talent and be rewarded accordingly. We value the human spirit just like Starbucks, and we want you to be fun, fast, and friendly like target.  We want to come up with a set of Company Values and Responsibilities as individuals also.  I feel this will help lead us into being the best with having the best culture and synergy as a team.  We want to make it fun like Pike's Fish Market out in Seattle.  We want to stay away from the Ray Kroc McDonalds way of classical management.  We want too have a human relations managment team not a stiff nazi comander. 


More ideas will come and I'll plan another meeting and review documents that I have on google to keep us organized.  Below is a letter and a lesson plan that I drafted up for the Sophisticates. Let's work on these items as well for the meeting.


Dear 2860s you have all become Original Copy Officer Captain Troy Kenneth Aikman Independent Sophisticates: This is one of the biggest classified confidential lesson plans you will ever work on. I am going to try to get a marketing plan put together or a strategic plan for this World Adventure Theme Park that will be funded by the veterans but they will be able to use the park free of cost and get discounts on services and retail Venus. I figured out a way to fund it by having them pay $10k bi-annually to us for paying their bills and doing errands for them Personal Client Services units or one man/woman/ for them to utilize for their bills, housekeeping, buying groceries, reminding them of appointments, taking them to appointments etc. This really is the World Adventure Project and we could hire them at each of the bullet places that we have for the theme park. Have fun with this and it will be at least a 5 year lesson to work on. I have full faith in you! We found some grant money for the first 8 weeks of open at 120 employees x 20 hrs of work x $15.00 = $36, 000. week 1 ect up to $350,000 for the loan awards. Read the attached materials to find sources for funding, and grant money. I will be researching Grant Money Ideas also. I am super excited we need to: 1. Lock a piece of Land 2. Take out a New Construction Loan 3. Secure Funding 4. Put together a Hideaway Man cave to design it 5. Hire Contractors 6. Take out Insurance for liability of workers 7. Budget for it 8. Project Management Team needed Lets start with the above and go from their; lets find room in Carver Ct. to do this and make it the new Minneapolis of the West Without any further ado, I would like to on behalf of Original Copy Officer Captain And I welcome you to our Company and Our family business I am happy for it to come to pass and it truly is going to be an adventure. It might be difficult, at times but, we'll find the answers but, it's going to be  a lot of fun once it is finished and you will have a chance to do things because it will be a four day work week.  You will have your own set hours as long as your work gets done.  You get to decide when you work and the quality of your work must stay high.  This way we have a culture that is happy, open, and driven for success!  I wish I could be at the meeting to keep me posted today and I will be working on the same stuff plus my other responsibilities.
