Thank you for being so flexible today it's been a long early night day but, all to the glory from glory to glory I'm glad I did it because it will be what makes the difference of me being who I am bestest. Fudge-Topped Brownies

Ingredients
1 cup butter, cubed
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate, chopped
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
4 large eggs, room temperature
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped walnuts
TOPPING:
4-1/2 cups sugar
1 can (12 ounces) evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter, cubed
1 package (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1 package (11-1/2 ounces) milk chocolate chips
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups chopped walnuts

Directions
In a heavy saucepan or microwave, melt butter and chocolate; stir until smooth. Remove from the heat; blend in sugar and vanilla. Add eggs; mix well. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; add to chocolate mixture. Stir in walnuts. Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° until top springs back when lightly touched, 25-30 minutes. Cool on a wire rack while preparing topping.
Combine the sugar, milk and butter in a large heavy saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat. Stir in the chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla until smooth. Add walnuts. Spread over warm brownies. Freeze for 3 hours or until firm. Cut into 1-in. squares. Store in the refrigerator.

Chocolate Pecan Caramels
I haven't missed a year making this candy for the holidays since a friend gave me the recipe in 1964! It is made like a pan of upside-down bars and tastes like my favorite caramel pecan candies. We are natives of the Lone Star State who moved to Ohio when my husband was transferred several years ago. —June Humphrey, Strongsville, Ohio
Ingredients

1 tablespoon plus 1 cup butter, softened, divided
1-1/2 cups coarsely chopped pecans, toasted
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup water
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
Line a 13x9-in. pan with foil; butter the foil with 1 tablespoon butter. Sprinkle with pecans and chocolate chips; set aside.
In a heavy saucepan, melt remaining butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar, corn syrup and water. Cook and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until a candy thermometer reads 248° (firm-ball stage).
Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour into prepared pan (do not scrape saucepan). Cool completely before cutting.
Editor's Note
We recommend that you test your candy thermometer before each use by bringing water to a boil; the thermometer should read 212°. Adjust your recipe temperature up or down based on your test.

Old-Time Butter Crunch Candy
Both my children and my grandchildren say the season wouldn't be the same without the big tray of candies and cookies I prepare. This one's the most popular part of that collection. We love the nutty pieces draped in chocolate. —Mildred Duffy, Bella Vista, Arkansas

Ingredients
1 cup butter
1-1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
2 tablespoons water
2 cups finely chopped toasted almonds
8 milk chocolate candy bars (1.55 ounces each)

Directions
Line a 13x9-in. pan with foil; set aside. Using part of the butter, grease the sides of a large heavy saucepan. Add remaining butter to saucepan; melt over low heat. Add sugar, corn syrup and water. Cook and stir over medium heat until a candy thermometer reads 300° (hard-crack stage).
Remove from the heat and stir in almonds. Quickly pour into the prepared pan, spreading to cover bottom of pan. Cool completely. Carefully invert pan to remove candy in 1 piece; remove foil.
Melt half of the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl; spread over top of candy. Let cool. Turn candy over and repeat with remaining chocolate; cool. Break into 2-in. pieces. Store in an airtight container.

Line a 9x5-in. loaf pan with foil. In a bowl, combine the cookie crumbs and butter. Press firmly onto the bottom and 1-1/2 in. up the sides of prepared pan.

2 packages (16 ounces each ) individually-portioned refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
6 whole chocolate graham crackers, crushed
1 cup cold whole milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1-1/3 cups creamy peanut butter
3 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
1/4 cup Nutella

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Let dough stand at room temperature 5-10 minutes to soften. Press into two ungreased 9-in. springform pans; sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. Bake 20-25 minutes or until set. Cool completely.
In a large bowl, whisk milk, cream and pudding mix 2 minutes. Let stand 2 minutes or until soft-set. In another large bowl, beat cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth. Add pudding and ice cream; beat until smooth.

I am so happy because today I read the bible and it changed my life; I had been looking for answers 41 almost years and today the Lord and the holy Spirit changed my whole world around and I am sorry I don't have this done yet. My health was acting up today and I had a busy awakening moments of today and I thought it was saturday because I slept through it. I rest my feet at the side of the cross tonight and I became a born again christian again today but I really know that I am going to be here forever so who's counting years right now it is a season of rest and relax and focus on Goals and Legacy's so I m in a building time of my life once I am done resting.
