They spark within me a light of hope that no matter how bad the day looks like today that "This too shall pass" and it always does, and I become Katherine Victoria VanAnderland, OC and I will be her for the rest of my life and change my name to Katherine Victoria Aikman. The struggles of today passed when I woke up and realized I had never done an illegal drug. Thank you, Jesus for the ablity to have endless opportunities to be my best!

I have heard growing up the phrase 'this too shall pass' well when your working hard on yourself and behaviors to minimize you have to imagine, desire, and sincerely believe that with medication, will, and skills you will overcome and that it will then come to pass!
