This one goes out to Original Copy Officer Captain, Officer Captain Troy Kenneth Aikman and Chad Clauson. Thank you for helping me try to live a better life! One without trauma and pain. You helped me through living my own homicide and today we talk about it and how far we have come. For living through your own crisis presents difficulty in your attituded and behaviors. Thank you for helping me try to put my life back to sanity again. I appreciate you for leading me through my meltdowns to greener pastures of life knowing they don't define me because we have survived it. For we all need to sit in a comfy chair and talk about our issues and problems with a therapist to work out the negatives that it created in our life. We can choose to see the glass half full now that we are healing every single day it takes TIME to heal, and be all put back together.

I think to the life I have created with my mission and goals to save the world and its taken my whole life to do. We are who we represent, we are the actors in our own movie, we are the difference makers of tomorrow. My meltdowns haven't destroyed me it just is a real life reality of trauma lived out. You stack enough weight on a wire cable and it snaps; that's what happens every time I melt down. Cracking, Snapping, and Anger all go together and I am doing my dandiest to get my life back to where it should be. Let not my meltdowns define me but, speak to the trauma in my life that has a voice. Now, going forward I am learning how to re-channel that anger that is masked anxiety and depression. We all have masks on it just depends on which one
