Trauma. There is not explanation for it true story. Its a word that doesn't have a definition because of its complexities as I learned more about it and study it daily my life heals a little bit. It something that is like an iceberg where so much is below the surface but, in healing comes enlightenment of undemanding and how to forgive your self from the complexities of life that you experience. I am stronger now than ever, what I went through was the absence of fear. So then now I have no fear because I experienced its opposite and reverse.
