For we know that people who have an eager desire to become someone is not in the gym but, in the passion they have from the drive to become someone great and the rest will follow you in the gym as you become strong, in shape and, a mission to be ready for the military.

People have dreams of being famous in athletics to be on a sports team or perhaps its the dream and vision in their heart to want to become an Olympian.

They are born not created in gyms they start from a goal, that turns into a desire to be the best in the world at what they do. This in inturn turns into a vision that they can see miles down the road of winning the gold for swimming or skiing.

Finally, never put limitations on yourself for you might not be where you want to be athletically or physically in shape but, that doesn't have to determine you will never get there; keep hope alive and don't allow the world to stop you; keep dreaming and have the burning desire to become a champion!
