STEP ONE: WE ADMITTED WE WERE POWERLESS OVER ALCOHOL—THAT OUR LIVES HAD BECOME UNMANAGEABLE.

Some people start drinking at young age 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, because they have easy access to it and are curious of what it will do to them. I had my first wine cooler at 10 and didn't think twice of it I drank it and I wanted another but, knew I wasn't allowed more than 2 per day. Looking back that is when it began for me.
I had a proclivity to alcohol; I liked the way it made feel, loved the taste, and the freedom you would experience of escaping your reality of your life. It seemed to be the the cure for stress, tension, and cure the void that was in my heart from the adoption. I was running from being kidnapped my whole life. It didn't hit me that I was abducted before being adopted and they had no recollection of it. They adopted me with a past behavior of abuse that they didn't do it was those who kidnaped me from Russia from my mother and fathers house in the cabin near the lake in Russia.
Now, I am addicted to caffeine and cannot stop it. I am going to try and cut back after this and stick to Diet mountain dew. Its going to take discipline and courage to quit this time around.
