If you cannot say anything nice don't say it. This goes down the the golden rule of do unto others as you would want them to be to you. Keep positive even in the heat of the battle you can still win because your willing to be salient weapons are at work.

The decision is in your hand to speak or to be quiet and gain. You can make silent gains by leading by example and hitting your targets to come through with the win. This motivational goes out to Officer Captain, Captain. You might be a better listener who suffices so much but, you always come out on top and win at whatever you do.
