"The Bible talks about how God uses difficult situations to develop our character and get us stronger. The death of my father is probably the biggest thing I ever faced. Daddy and I were best friends. But out of that darkness, out of that disappointment in my life, that's what God used to push me into another level of victory or another level of ministry that I never knew I had." - Joel Osteen

In my life my car accident was pretty bad but, good things came of it like learning about my roots. It was what came after the car accident that would be the test of my time from being homeless to place after place to live now, in a nursing home till I get better and back on my feet again. I know God is making me stronger to fight over this weight issue that is out of my control; its getting old really quick.
This will make me a stronger woman all this persecutions and pain I have been through will make me one of the strongest women I know. So just when they think they are bringing my life apart they are only setting me up to become stronger, wiser, more hopeful, and resilient in my decisions going forward.
The sixteen years since being out of college has its own story and issues, and reasons why I ended up in a nursing home but, if this is the bottom then I can only rise up like the phoenix and make something of myself and my world around me with the people I love and love me.
