Spiritual Affirmation

So many times in our society we are plagued with advertisements with Barbie doll images we have to remember who we are, where we have been, and where we are going to squash the attitude's of others and images to be squashed because our beauty comes from within our soul not an image.

My Chiropractor told me "Joy, you still have the same soul and spirit about you right?" and I said, Yes. Dr. Jeff made me feel better in seconds because he knew that when I was in the best shape of my life I wasn't healthy; I was anorexia thin and now I have the same drive in me to loose it again only this time a healthy way.

If we allow someone else's idea of who we are on us then we are comfiting murder to our mind. Don't allow people to judge you for who you are not. They cannot judge you on beauty because what defines real beauty its a open ended question. What defines talent or success its limitless and undefined to the ability that one possesses in their heart and in their spirit.
