Monkey Around Smoothie
Give chocolate milk a whir in the blender with a ripe banana and a handful of ice cubes. It’s a great treat for kids—that you’ll actually feel good giving them.

4 whole wheat tortillas (8 inches)
6 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 medium tomatoes, sliced and patted dry
1/3 cup julienned fresh basil
1/4 cup pitted Greek olives, chopped
Freshly ground pepper to taste

Directions
Layer half of each tortilla with cheese and tomatoes; sprinkle with basil, olives and pepper to taste. Fold tortillas to close.
Grill, covered, over medium-high heat until lightly browned and cheese is melted, 2-3 minutes per side.

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix egg, spinach and cheeses. Brush a 15x10x1-in. baking pan with some of the butter.
Place 1 sheet of phyllo dough in prepared pan; brush with butter. Layer with 7 additional phyllo sheets, brushing each layer. (Keep remaining phyllo covered with a damp towel to prevent it from drying out.) Spread top with spinach mixture. Top with remaining phyllo dough, brushing each sheet with butter.

In a large saucepan, bring the water, rice and salt to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until rice is tender. Add dates and milk; cook and stir for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla. Set aside.
