One of the classic my favorites today for Therapy:

We cannot go back, we cannot go forward, we cannot go into the future; we must be present. When we are present we are mindful, when we are mindful our life is in the hands of God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We need moments in our lives to be kept for that moment that exists; we call Time. Its something that we can never get back, we can never have it again, its that Moment of Truth, the Epiphany, you will never get it back; so make Moments Matter.

What is a head of us we cannot alter or go into the future to save. Wouldn't it be great if we could live into the future and come back but, then what would the lessons in life be; nothing. We simply I feel are here for a reasons, a season, or a lifetime. Each person we meet has one of those denominators to it. Sometimes God puts people in our life to help us, to challenge us, to inspire us to greatness, to motivate us, to help us with discipline, to teach us how to love, to help us with commitments, to show us the way like Jesus Christ!

What we have in us is the essence of our youth, the self-discovery of life, the adventure of a child, the intelligence of a prophet, the heart of Jesus.
