New Years Eve - I accomplished these goals I set!

Its that time of year again where we have a chance to turn the page. Start Over. Be our best Copy. Picture yourself five years from now where do you want to be? I know in the past five years were much like a holding pattern as, I was healing from a car accident and, then had a string of Bad Luck. This Blog is for the world and you never know who you have that is impressionable with your words. My goals in the next five years are: 1. Fit by 40 and to create a lifestyle accordingly to being sugar free, limit carbs and cheese and become a Fruitopia like Steve Jobs former CEO of Apple. Goal is to workout once per day min. of 30min cardio with the goal to burn 500 calories per day. In two weeks you could loose up to 14 pounds. I might look like the ugliest copy of myself right now but, its possible because this happen last time and, ended up weighing 108 pounds. Its harder to maintain weight than loose it. Why do you discriminate beauty I know people that are uglier than I and I don't know why people are so Shallow. My goal is to loose 56 pounds this year as, I am at a unhealthy weight and am in need of loosing this weight. For no apparent reason my stomach is bothering me and the location of my brain tumor is over the pituitary gland and it said you stomach can bloat. I am so frustrated with this declaimer. I would like for the ugly comments to stop and know that I am going to take this year to become beautiful! They say its not cancerous but, it sure started out to be that way and now I just need to find the energy to get back and get going. ASAP. 2. Drink my Detox every single day either Morning or Night 3. Journal with my blog once a day Complete 4. Save $3000.00 Complete 5. Read 15 Minuets per day finish one book this year 6. Create a Night Time Routine July will be a month to talk about subjects like: 1. Resilience and Motivation 2. Cancer Fighting Foods and Nutrition 3. Mental Toughness and What does it take to create a back bone 4. Goals and NEW YEAR , NEW YOU



I am going to buy some today it will help my fatigue and energy levels for the better it will be what puts me in the gym and back in shape lets get outside after this heat wave and into the great fields, and roads ahead!
