Strategic Issues

What are we trying to fix, accomplish or avoid as a result of this process & plan?

Strategic issues are critical unknowns that are driving you to embark on a strategic planning process now. These issues can be problems, opportunities, market shifts or anything else that is keeping you awake at night and begging for a solution or decision.


WE are looking to fix the world garbage pollution in Minnesota, the United States, and the World. WE are seeking to eliminate all styrofoam, and 50% biodegradable plastics to be 0%


We seek that with our research and development that we would have alternatives to come out to be put in Convenience Stations or JImmy Buffeetville Gas Stations. We hope to have at least 50% of its products to be recyclable. We will have buffet stations inside fast food restaurants, office buildings, retail shops, malls across the country, and personal use from home buffet stations with discounts to ordering jimmy buffet vendor items.


Save the Rainforests - Save the Endangered Animals - Raise Money for the National and Global initiative and lobby in Washington, sell stuffed animals that are endangered to remind people what animals / mammals / birds are going extinct. Have a shop at Eden Prairie Center and World Adventure and the Mall of America build a rainforest cafe in World Adventure and have the retail shop next to it. We could have our other shop at the Minnesota Zoo in Apple Valley and have a host of people call for that area. Open Shops like this in Woodbury, Anoka, Edina, and St. Paul uses the last one to ganin numbers and uses social media to get contacts for the Last ONE. WE will align our company of this part of World Adventure with existing Environmental Companies, we will use the NFL and NBA to Market and Promote Go Green Now with the Save the Rainforests and Animals, and Mammals and Birds


SWOT

What are our strengths, weaknesses, opportunities & threats?

A SWOT analysis is a quick way of examining your organization by looking at the internal strengths and weaknesses in relation to the external opportunities and threats.

Strengths:

Knowledge, Innovation, Man power, Research, Design

Weaknesses:

Learn new ways to produce products, capital, experience

Opportunities:

Make it to Washington, Make new legislation, Local, Regional, National, World opportunities to change the world’s carbon footprint. Lobby for stronger emissions for vehicles in each state and the world, Change lives, Change the future generation of America, Private Donations for research and design and innovation

Threats:

Copy cats, we have the patent and copyright, in fear that someone will try to outdo us, financial costs for research and design, political red tape in Washington


Mission Statement

What is our purpose? Why do we exist? What do we do?

The Mission Statement describes an organization’s purpose or reason for existing.

To Promote a clean environment with given options to eliminate styrofoam by 2025 from all convenience stations, and restaurants, retail, and grocery stores and cut down the percent of vehicle emissions carbon footprint by 25% from vehicles in the world.

A Vision Statement defines your desired future state and provides direction for where we are going as an organization.

To change the lives of the world by giving resources and literature to people about the landfills to educate and inform the need for design and research to eliminate garbage of styrofoam and plastics.

Your Values Statement clarifies what your organization stands for, believes in, and the behaviors you expect to see as a result.

We will operate with the utmost honesty, Transparency, Flexibility, Ownership, Accountability, Trust, Citizenship, Kindness, Respect, Overcome Obstacles, Excellence, we will have one of the best Environmental Consulting Firms in the World it will be a subsidiary of World Adventure.

Customer Service, Training, Education, and Public Speaking to Lobby for change, Knowledge, and Research

Postcard Lead Generation, a postcard to send out to gain interest, if they check yes, we can call them or email them for a pledge, then keep them on file and call 4 times a year for a donation that's tax deductible, If they say no to the campaign, see if they want information to be sent of good news worth reading to try and hook them or compel them to donate.

Your strategies are the general methods you intend to use to reach your vision. No matter what the level, a strategy answers the question “how.”

We will have a team of experts working together for a common goal; end pollution now. We will join efforts with the design team, the innovation team, the technology team, and the research team to design a way better than styrofoam or plastic. We want to see legislation by 2025 if not sooner to help us catapult us into existence as “GO GREEN NOW”.

Corporate Goals

What is most important right now to reach our long-term strategic objectives?

Annual statements that are specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and time bound (SMART). These are outcome statements expressing a result expected in the organization.


We will start research right now starting October 1st 2020 and assign parts to the four teams working on the project. We will have the Original Copy Officer Captain Sophiciates be the four teams with additional help from all sophiciates across the country. We will have weekly meetings of progress on the company’s focus, structure, and organization.

We will have a prototype in one year in October 1st 2021

We will have a bill into motion by mid 2021

We will Lobby in Washington starting in May to September of 2021

WE will have marketing in place to build awareness to 100,000 homes each week across the nation

We will have awareness on grocery slip about us with a website to our campaign

WE will raise money each week to lobby to washington


Department Goals and Action Items

Functional goals/action items support the accomplishment of the annual objectives and align with individual performance plans.


We can start raising money right away starting today

We will start research and design right away with in the first three months

We can start promotions of this with using vista print to get the message out

We will build an email campaign

Organized 60,200 Sophiciates on a part of the campaign with telemarketing zip code postcards that are sent back to us for support

How will we measure success?

Key Performance Indicators (KPI) are the key goals that you want to measure that will have the most impact in moving your organization forward. We recommend you guide your organization with measures that matter.

We will measure success by what we get done each week

We will have a project management timeline for everything with rewards for work complete

WE will measure our promotions with postcards we receive back from citizens

We will have advertisement on the radio and put together a TV AD with Christmas CD to raise money for the Environment with Christmas songs
