Overview & Purpose

When you are under stress it is good to know outlets to let it go and accept it but let it pass through you like a white feather. Imagine you stress going onto a leaf and then water drips down the leaf and your stress disappears. We live in a world where people are into other people's business way to much; you deserve the right to your own space and time in this world, not to be disturbed or bothered because of hidden agendas

  1. Mindfulness is a part of DBT

  2. Be able to go through your senses when in an attack to calm down

  3. Using imagery to change the state of mind you are in
