We are on a journey to cut weight for June first its going to be opening day for our Go Green now and we will be in neighborhoods doing cleaning with the stars mobile adventure. We will be dressed as FBI agents ready for a big day. I get to meet my case manager and go over goals. I still need to buy a note book at Wal-Mart. We did it un mas dia, and Sunday makes a new week. Remember the Holiday I will do something special on Wix for the reembrace of it.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 medium banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries

  • 1/4 cup instant plain oatmeal

  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Dash sea salt

Directions

  • Place the first 6 ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into 2 chilled glasses; sprinkle with sea salt. Serve immediately.
