Just like your thoughts, plans, and ideas you get to choose which ones you want to make your formula for success happen. It can be a simple as riding a bike some days let it be a smooth part of your day to get focused and ready for it. I let go of all frustration and anger and welcome peace and grace into my life.

When I am on my A-Game I use all of these to plan for a amazing day. This is what it takes with focus and determination to add. Everyone has their personal success formula and this is a pretty solid one. I used to think of many ideas all the time and now not so much but, I did as a child.
