Joel Osteen Says,
"You may be at a crossroads in your life. You may have issues to deal with; people you need to forgive. You can go one of the two ways. You can ignore what you now know to be true and keep burying that bitterness in your life, pushing it deeper and allowing it to poison and contaminate you and those around you. Or you can make a much better choice by getting it out in the open and asking God to help you totally forgive and let it all go."
Allow yourself the freedom to move forward and forget the hurt that caused you pain. Just let it go and and when you do you will feel much better. You could apologize and make amends sometimes without dealing with a person in a letter or text to go forward. Most of the time it can sit and consume us but it we let it go we gain freedom from it.

I'll take the second option and get it out in the open where God can ask me humbly to remove it out of my life. I don't need to be bogged down by things. I'll agree to disagree most times and let it go off my back like water and a camel.
I like this quote and I believe in it!
