I have Hope to Loose weight and keep it off!

Its been almost 5 years since I have hit the exercise trail campaign but, with my new adjustment and and plan to walk 60 minuets per day I am going to make something happen. I am ordering my supplements today and with their help and good eating I'll make it happen. I want to loose 30 to 40 pounds by Christmas and then loose another 30 pounds. That will put me at: 132 which is pretty good for being 200 pounds.


My inspiration

I want to take some vacations and to do that you need to be in good shape to live it out to its fullest. We are planning a trip to Disney in September of 2021 in the Fall because kids will be back in school and the parks should have less people and it should be open. I am so happy because my Original Copy Officer Captain Independent Sophisticates are reading together 100,000 pages to be able to go. They are going to make $1.00 for every can and item they recycle we are raising money for them for their Cancer Walk that will Take Place in October when Breast Cancer Awareness is going on. There will be a walk around the chain of lakes and each mile they are rasing money for this event. They are some of the most talented individuals we have ever seen and they helped me to get walking today because I too am battling Cancer.
