For me it became a healthy addiction loosing weight was an obsession of mine and I am now an anorexic's in recovery you would do anything to loose a pound that was moral and ethical.

Now I am a hundred over because of variables out of my control; but I march on and start the race on Monday 2 months earlier than when I lost the 86 lbs. before. Now I have 110lbs to loose and I am going to get my gym membership and away I'll go with making 30 minuets a new standard 4 times a day. I need better shoes to do this so I'll wait till June 1st to join a gym. I am going to use a detox, cleanse every single day and hope it can be the juice that helps melt off these unwanted pounds. Tuesday June First I will join the serious people who want to loose weight.


True glory comes about 3 months down the road when you loose that first 20lbs. I am going to be healthy doing this and I will sculpt my body the way I want it to work for me. Light Light Light weights with 4 sets of 50 it might take time but, I have enough time to burn lift twice a week then once I build up strength I'll lift 6 days a week Arms/Legs/ Stomach / Back and rotation of them.


My Goal in one year from now is to be 80lbs lighter and be on my way to loosing that last little bit by time July that breaks down into .25 or 1/4 of a pound for 365 days. That is possible by drinking your way thin and no with alcohol. I suggest Smoothies, Crystal Light, Starbucks, and Green Tee with Hibiscus. Eat a lot of eggs like 6 for an omelet some light cheese for flavor, garlic, and oregano perfect after workout meal with a large glass of OJ. Chicken Breasts, Broccoli, and Mushrooms for lunch and just keep to that repeat all of this on a daily function and be on your way to loosing weight.


I usually skipped dinner and I worked my way up to 90minuets cardio and 60minuets lifting and 20 minuets streching sounds like a lot of time right - well I was serious about what I was doing and I was on a mission to train for the military and go but, a good friend told me not to go. We all have it in us its a matter if all will find their way to the gym. Getting there is the hardest part sometimes but, I am ready for official fitness, and major pounds to be dropped a commitment to myself, God, Country, and Original Copy Officer Captain Family that in one year I will be well on my way to a better life registering for school in 22 and going from there.


Lights on at 345am Breakfast was Starbucks Oatmeal, Bacon Gouda, Egg Bytes, An Cinnamon Dulce latte

Lunch: Naked Juice, Pizza, Lasagna mainly a naked juice with every Friday a free day

Don't eat after 4pm No coffee after 8pm lights out 9pm

Thermos be careful on these they can tweak with vitamins

Water as much as you can take a Gallon per day min.


Run as much caffeine and monster that your body can handle without dying 3 cans per day for me when I was at my best plus I was working at Starbucks drinking three cans caffeine helps you loose weight no joke. The liquid diet is like Hollywood beach body material after 6months, then its chiseling out what you want from there on out and then Maintain it don't quit I did and I never should have I got lazy and in a bad cycle and then two months later I was in a car wreck. I think i went on Ice somewhere in between all of this I cannot recall it when I stopped working out is when I moved here. I struggled to get a job and then that became my excuse not to work out pretty lame. This time around I am not going to do that and I won't be eating junk on the weekends so I should see faster progress.


Consume an average from 1200 - 2000 calories. I ate what I wanted to on the weekend as long as it wasn't out of control. Now this time round I'm not going to do that.


Its time to get serious or die from to much weight!
