When you meet people where they are at you give them the opportunity to be something great. Helping people to become the best they can be can be a way of inspiration for both of you.

When you think of building people I often think of the military and, how they train people to be all they can be in the Army. That can transpose into real life we can workout our mind, body, and soul to a boot camp of its own. Think of one person that you could help today what could you offer them that you know.

I love to inspire people and encourage them to become their best copy. I have had people help me so now its my turn to pay it forward. When we help we inspire growth and opportunity in people and that is what was done for me.
