As I write today, I know I will have changed the direction of my life by making a commitment to myself to loose this weight. I know I'll be okay now because I have proven to myself and God that it is going to happen. I will be 110lbs again. I need to step it up and just make a difference in my life now by making settle changes to b e ready to be a morning person in a few years when I dive back to the rush and hustle of life. I begin my day not always the best so I am going to re-direct and re-frame my mornings and that way everyone will do better cause they can plan more for the day.
I want to outline my day like this:
6am - Wake Up
6:15- Motivational Speech
6:30 - Email to OCS
7:30 - Email to OCS
7:45 - Work Out
8:45 - Menu's
9:00 - Daily Affirmations "I am" - App
10:00 - Group
10:30- Group
11:00 - 1pm Menus, Work Out
1pm Group
1:30 Group
2:00 - 6:00 Nap, Work Out
2:30- Daily Therapy
3:00 - Work out
5:30 - A.A. Meeting
6- Group
6:30 Group
7:00 Work on tie up loose ends
8:15 - Group
8:45 Bed time lights out
