In life when your are in business and sales its better to make a customer than a sale. Make a customer make a relationship for life long sales. When I was with Nokia I made many relationships and then they made sales. Its better to be a customer to the seller and create a synergy that connects you to them.

We are dependent on the customer because that's where the money trail is. First we must build the relationship to cultivate the sale.
