Overview & Purpose
We will have a 3-unit Lesson plan from this from each material that we have listed. You will have a strong sense of what resilience is not only for you but, for your learning. When we practice resilience we become problem solvers for our life and make obstacles a simplicity. We go through life with detours and, the better our resilience skills are the easier the situation will be. This is an intensive lesson so take your time. It's one that you’ll work on a little bit each day. Don’t get overwhelmed with it will help you with so many areas in your life.
