Its that time of year when you need to start getting ready for the next season and I do believe that fall is going to be a quick season. It was getting cooler at the beginning of September and so get your gutters cleaned out so they don't back up, Rake your leaves into bags that you can get from Home Depot and use your wind blower to sweet them up. The sophisticates are busy getting their homes cleaned up for fall and winter ready. Weed wack any shrubs that need to be cut down for winter, and get yourself set up for a good winter.

Make sure you have your survival packs ready to go that you have them in your cars and vehicles in case of a white out. Make sure you have four blankets, hand warmers, and battery pack with a flash light. That you have an emergency phone in the car that has a go card with minuets incase your cell phone dies. A pre-paid phone that is charged ready to go might be what saves your life. Go through your cloths and see what you have so you know what to buy for fall and winter. Make sure you have gloves, scarves, hoodies, Mittens, Snow Gear for skiing, and for recreational prupouses.

You might want to get away for the snow season and go to a bigger hill and ski resort you can go to:

Lutsen in Duluth

Spirit Mountain

Ski Gull

Buck Hill

Jackson Hole Wyoming

Lake Tahoe in Utah

Breckenridge in Colorado

Switzerland in the Alps

When you take a vacation in the winter it breaks up the length of it you could do it during Winter Break so they have time off from school. If you don't go on vacation or cannot afford it the smaller slopes like Ski Gull and Buck Hill are reasonable priced to go out for a local adventure. I wish you all the best in this fall and winter season have fun and, remember to be a kid at heart and enjoy the elements the Good Lord has given to us to enjoy!
