Overview & Purpose
We have stress from living in America so much noise and chaos that happens in our day depending on the players and actors. With this unit you will be able to identify it and find ways to cope using coping skills for Stress. It has a lot of documents to this lesson but, its a K-12 lesson so it will help all of you. In order to live healthy lives, individuals must have healthy brains and bodies. There are many ways to deal with stress from simple breathing and relaxation techniques, to journaling and exercise. Here is a collection for people of all ages to use in order to help them manage stress.
This unit has 11 Lesson Plans In it this will be for the week of the first week of July.
