The changes I want to make are:
-List specific areas or ways in which you are going to change:
Answer: Sleep routine, eating and weight loss, be impeccable with my word
Mini Goals: Work out for 5 to 10 minuets adding 5 minuets each week until I reach 90 minuets.
The most important reasons why I want to make these changes are:
-Heart Issues, Diabetes, Obesity, gain trust, gain knowledge, feel better, have a routine for sleep and be able to run around with ocs.
-Gain Trust and knowledge are the most important to me right now and weight loss.
The steps I plan to take in changing are:
-I will be working out in the morning, afternoon, and evening and will be noting my progress in we notes. I will focus on listening better to ocs to be impeccable with my words, monitor my heart and gain trust by listening and application. I will eat grape nuts and oranges and find other healthy options. I cannot eat the food here it is contaminated with embryos.
The ways other people can help me:
-Words of encouragement, positive affirmations, prayer, and support and will do this by asking focus questions to the people I care about most.
I will know that my plan is working if?:
If I loose the weight, gain the trust and knowledge of those I love, I will know by their words and actions. My body will look better and I will notice this weight loss and I will feel better. I will look forward to not be winded when I go up stairs. I am gaining energy and strength by walking 45 minuets per day with broken times to go in 10-15min intervals throughout the day. The benefits with ocs will be golden and will foster a better relationship with them by hearing them and helping them get things done to live a happier healthy lifestyle.
Some things that could interfere with my plan are?
-pain management, Snooze button, being tired, fatigue, time, toxic people
lack of variety in food. I might end up in bed from over doing it in the gym.
Shin Splints possible. I will stay the course no matter what and do whatever it takes to incorporate these changes into my life.
