My depression often times makes me have thoughts of sadness, and frustration and they will zap out the happiness in my life. Bad intrusive thoughts and voices will suck your energy dry of happiness and you will fall into a depression but, that doesn't have to be the way its going to be.
Once we let go of negative thoughts we question them and then can be taken out of our mind. For anyone who has depression so bad it leaves you in bed many days this quote is for you. Let us walk in the light of Christ and be renewed
