Afternoon Therapy at 3pm

Every afternoon we have therapy with apps on my phone there are a variety that we use and go through. Today, and going forward I will write down the quotes of our inspirations and or bible quotes sometimes to have a way to make you have a token of motivation for later in the day or evening when you need a pick me up.

In our life we have situations that we must leave and sometimes it requires us to have an attitudes of that above to just do what it take to make something happen. Sometimes people or things get in the way in our lives and slow us down, drain us, become to much drama and we just need to drop them like a bad habit. When we love ourselves first and we take care of us first it will help us have the room in our lives for others. If we can take care of ourselves we can care for the needs and wants of others. Keep going, keep moving, keep on dancing!

I am constantly developing and growing my relationship

When we grow we need water, and oxygen, and nutrients much like a plant were to bloom and grow. We need to put fuel into our soul to keep the sparks of love alive in our mind and body. What I learn will not only help me but, those who are in my life that I care about. I am developing and growing my relationship because I am working hard on being a contributor to something God has put together for his Glory.
