When we start the day off to a good start up early, reading, watching YouTube for inspiration, a good breakfast, a walk or run, Journaling, Reading, and Writing we can face the day with Joy and be happy. This is what my morning should look like every single day.
I am learning about doing routines and what we can do to do them and what to put into a morning routine. Find your own inner peace and happiness by meditation or thinking of the reason why I exist; What is it? What was I called to do? What do I want to be remembered for? The books I am reading right now are helping me to define those answers.
Take the day head on and never look back in your rear view mirror for only frustrations and anger lie behind you because of power and control that was never supposed to be placed on you or your life to derail you for 40 years.
