Some Workbooks for you if you want to print of and complete in your down time for you:

Understanding the root of our pain, to find out a solution for living is a new way to look at the world of psychology. For if we are in quick sand we don't want to try to push one leg down and one leg up rather lay flat face eagle and roll out. We all have internal pain and when we have enough internal pain we find ourselves with psychological issues that give us breakdowns to even suicide.
Divorce is a 50% rate for all marriages and, this new book I am reading is going to help us understand pain therapy with a different cognitive approach called ACT Therapy. For we can only live our best life when we have all the pain and suffering behind us. We might not have even known that pain and suffering was weighting us down.
When we learn to accept what is going on with our lives only then and then can we move one step closer to the solution of solving our pain. We then can take our experiences that shape our reality and existence to help come up with a solution for life. I will be reading from this book every single day at 2:30 to 3:30 and help it heal our wounds.
Here is a resilience workbook pdf that you will find very worthwhile to print off and use as a follow up for the introduction of the book. 21 pages that will help you understand yourself more.
