Overview & Purpose

This is a tribute to the soldiers of our lesson unit in the 4th Of July Celebration; America’s Birthday, and Thank You to our Armed Forces in Uniform and Not but, on the front lines. We embrace freedom but, do we think about its cost? We love our freedom of speech but, do we understand that we are three plates away from anarchy?

  2. What emotions do the songs evoke

  3. What were you doing on 9/11/01 - Ask the Officer Captains to tell you their story and reactions, emotions, and thoughts.

Describe activity that will reinforce the lesson
