Every year its important to go to the doctor for a physical and get checked out for your health to make sure your all right and functioning to 100 percent. Its also a good idea to get your mental health checked out if your under undo stress and its weighing you down it makes sense to get in and take care of that. When we go into see a therapist its not a sign of weakness or should be looked down upon.

Writing a personal inventory about your life is always a good idea at least once a year it can help you see what you have accomplished, what your wanting to overcome or do.
