12 QUESTIONS TO HELP YOU FIND CLARITY IN LIFE AND IN BUSINESS

Here I have put together a project for you to write on and develop into your own; have fun with this exercise and I might do it not sure I am having writer's block right now but enjoy the project.

Shall we Who’s in? Let’s get started:
1. WHAT WOULD MAKE ME HAPPY RIGHT NOW?
Don’t worry about tomorrow, next week, month, or next year. Take some time to identify some simple things that will bring you happiness right now.
Creating more joy and happiness around you will help to clear your head and give you the ability to see things through different eyes.
Answer: If I could have all my bills paid, and have my drivers license back, have one million in my checking account with ten million in my savings account, the ability to be in the edina house, life would be good. I could be the mother I am meant to be. Just to be with the people whom I love to make dinner for them to wake them up and be there to make them breakfast in bed. To have my own place a place to call home that's not controlled by the government. To have the weight off me and to have a dog I can call my own emotional companion dog. Heaven on Earth would happen if I could be with the ones who love me and I love them.
2. WHAT’S DRAINING MY ENERGY?
Last month, I had a lightbulb moment when I realized that organizing my to-do list and keeping up on the tasks was draining me. Just looking at the list of things I needed to do was killing my momentum. So, I implemented a few new things: I asked my assistant to manage tasks on day-to-day like a project manager and now I only focus on getting one thing done each day. Of course, I get more done, but I don’t allow myself the time to create lists that feel daunting.
Answer: Trauma, stress of work I cannot work right now, toxic people, Winter, Too much Weight, Not being able to focus, and so much more that I couldn't type it if I wanted to.
3. WHAT DO I WANT TO LEARN MORE ABOUT?
Sometimes, when we focus more on consuming rather than creating, we spark creativity inside of us. Take a break and consider some things you want to learn and focus on consuming that content to inspire you, rather than trying to force the new ideas.
Answers: Business Entrepreneurship, How to become a good author, speaker, business woman, Communication, Criminal Justice, Personality, family dynamics, Relationships, faith knowing about heaven is for real, Music the different genres and tunes that I like.
4. WHO ARE 3 PEOPLE I ADMIRE? WHY?
Spend some time identifying people you admire and why. This will give you more clarity on what traits and skills you want to grow within yourself.
Answers: I admire original copy officer captain Jerry Wukawitz because of his dedication to his team of officers, he is a man true to his word, he can handle a lot of stress, he is intelligent and compassionate when it comes to homicide and crime prevention. He is a family man who loves life and the people in his world that make it go round.
I admire original copy officer captain officer captain troy kenneth aikman, he is a team hero to the past events in his football career. He is a tremendous father of many original copy officer captain sophisticates. I admire him for his work in the field with the FBI and his dedication to this country to protect the safety and security of our nation. A true leader who knows how to take care of business, a man of great words, and strength and resilience he is my everything in a father that I could ask for.
I admire Jerry Meadows, he is a active entrepreneur who goes around the country to build his amway business but more importantly he is a family man a great husband, and father. He asked one question at a business function and it was Where do you want to go? and he said one thing like, "If you have a problem; Handle it" he is just an incredible motivator who left me with that question still to be answered. Until you decided where you want to go you will have nothing. I am moved by his words and he is right up there with author and speaker John C. Maxwell.
5. HOW CAN I BE MORE LIKE THOSE I ADMIRE?
List a few ideas and ways you can be more like the people you admire. For example, if you admire someone who is confident and does Instagram LIVE videos to promote their business, maybe this is something you should pursue that would bring you satisfaction and joy in your business.
Answers: I need to set a routine every single day that I can do the same thing with having different things that I am doing on different days. To become more organized and to be able to write, read, and communicate better would help me to be the woman I need to be. I can develop more patience, strength, and perseverance to keep going. To be more outspoken with grace and tact to learn how to be a better mother through reading topics on parenting.
6. HOW AM I ALREADY DEMONSTRATING TRAITS I ADMIRE?
It’s important to realize that people we admire are really just mirrors. We see in other people what we already have within ourselves. Take some time to recognize how you are already like the people you admire.
Answers: I know I am a good leader and speaker I just need to dial into a sense of urgency to prioritize my life and events. Men are great at business it comes natural to most of them; to be able to conquer and divide like most of them I am good at that. I wrote two business plans and two marketing plans without too much help.
7. HOW DO I DEFINE SUCCESS?
The definition of success is a personal one for each and every one of us. One person’s definition of success may not be anything like yours. So, if you haven’t defined what your success looks like, then how will you know when you have found it?
Answers: I will accomplish my tasks within a reasonable time and do something great that changes the world. To be a world changer by having a novel idea to make small changes every single day like recycling, and then getting plastics to go away for good would be a second step of goals I'd like to accomplish.
8. WHAT DOES SELF-CARE LOOK LIKE FOR ME?
Self-care is something I practice each and every week. It helps me clear my mind and focus on the days when I am working.
Answers: Self-Care is using lotion on my hands each morning before I start writing, its taking a long bath or shower to relax into the day and be fresh and awake to hit the ground running. Doing some journal prompts to write out my thoughts on paper to release energy into the world and get rid of toxic people.
9. WHAT ACCOMPLISHMENTS AM I PROUD OF FROM LAST MONTH?
Celebrate your big and small wins every time. You are your own cheerleader.
Answers: For writing a goal list, and a bucket list, for doing my menus, for getting my disability money taken care of.
10. WHAT IS A SHORT TERM GOAL I AM CERTAIN I CAN ACHIEVE?
Making goals that are achievable, small, and short term are a sure-fire way to feel good. Keep up the good feeling momentum by creating and celebrating every accomplishment, big and small.
Answers: I want to become a better writer commit to writing one article per day on something exciting for gratitude journal ideas. I will use gratitude 365 to write at least one article per day into turn it into something great!
11. WHAT DOES MY IDEAL DAY LOOK LIKE? (IE. WHERE ARE YOU? WHO ARE YOU WITH, AND WHAT ARE YOU DOING?
Map out what your ideal day-to-day looks like. For me, I desire to wake up every day with only one thing to accomplish for business and the rest of the time would be for myself, family, and friends.
Knowing what your ideal day is will help you make better choices about new projects and ideas that you attempt to tackle.
Answers: Get up at the same time every sing day with a shower, breakfast, morning prayer and motivationals, the menu, and inspirational writing. A nap, and therapy three days a week for three hours. Lunch, Dinner, when I move I will be able to get on a treadmill and bike to get some exercise.
12. WHAT CAN I DE-CLUTTER PHYSICALLY OR EMOTIONALLY TO FIND MORE EASE AND SIMPLICITY?
I find that when I clear my desk, I also clear my mind. Anything you can do to clear up and clean up the clutter around you will surely help you clear your mind too.
I will organize my space better there isn't much room I have to work with where I am living but, when I move I am going to have a desk where I can do my writing and reading. To listen to music of the piano to free my mind of clutter. I find simplicity in doing my motivational writings and in taking a nap to free my mind from stress.
